Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. They set out what we provide and what we expect from you.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One account is for one person.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not use the service to create deliberately false employment history, qualifications or credentials.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or other users' data boundaries.
  • Do not resell, scrape or automate access to the service without written permission.

AI output

Analyses, scores, suggestions, drafts and feedback are generated by automated systems and can be incomplete or wrong. They are provided as assistance, not as professional career, legal or immigration advice. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you send it to an employer, and for the accuracy of any statement you make about yourself.

No outcome is guaranteed. We do not promise interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or that any application will be viewed by a person.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Plan limits are enforced per billing month. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything generated from it. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you in order to run the service.

Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings or indirect losses.
