Resume Tailoring

Tailor your resume to the job actually posted

Paste a job description and get targeted changes grounded in your existing experience — saved as a new version, never over the top of your original.

Tailoring reorders, rephrases and re-emphasises what you already have. It does not manufacture new experience to fit the posting.

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose resume and job

Pick one saved resume and paste one job description. We extract required and preferred qualifications.

  2. 2

    Review each suggestion

Every card shows the original text, the proposed text and the reason for the change.

  3. 3

    Save a new version

Accepted changes are written to a fresh version linked to that job. Your original stays intact.

What you get

Change-by-change control
Accept, edit or reject each recommendation individually, with a running count of what you have applied.
Honest keyword handling
Matched, missing and needs-your-confirmation keywords are kept in separate lists so nothing is quietly inserted.
Version history
Every tailored version is tracked with the job it targets, so you know exactly what you sent where.
Injection-resistant
Pasted job descriptions are treated as untrusted content; instructions hidden inside them are ignored.

What this tool will not do

  • Missing qualifications are reported as gaps, not written in as if you had them.
  • A high match estimate is not a prediction that you will be shortlisted.
  • You are asked for real numbers rather than having plausible ones invented for you.
  • Your original resume is never modified in place.
