What file types can I upload?

PDF, DOCX and TXT, up to 10 MB. After upload you see exactly what text we extracted and can correct it before saving. Scanned or image-only PDFs cannot be read reliably — paste the text instead.

Do I have to upload anything to try it?

No. You can paste resume text directly, or start from the builder with a blank document.

Why did my score change after a small edit?

Scores are computed per analysis, and several categories react to wording and structure. Treat the category breakdown and the fix list as the useful signal rather than the headline number.

Question 4

What does a 'needs confirmation' keyword mean?

The job asks for it and your resume does not support it. We will not add it for you. If you do have that experience, add it yourself and re-run the analysis.

Will tailoring overwrite my resume?

Accepted Answer

No. Accepted changes are saved as a new version linked to that job. Your original is always kept.

Question 6

What happens when I hit a monthly limit?

Accepted Answer

The action is blocked with a message telling you which limit you reached and when it resets. Limits are enforced on the server, so nothing is silently spent.

Can I cancel?

Yes. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan.

Can anyone else see my resume?

Accepted Answer

No. Access is restricted to your account at the database level, files live in private storage, and downloads use short-lived signed links.

Question 9

How do I export or delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Settings includes a data export and account deletion. Deleting the account removes your stored documents and generated content.
