What we are

A single workspace for the job search — resumes and their versions, job descriptions, tailored applications, cover letters, interview practice and a tracker that ties it all together. The tools share the same records, so nothing has to be re-entered.

The rules we build to

• Grounded output. Every AI suggestion is traceable to something you wrote. Where a stronger claim needs a fact we do not have, we ask you for it.
• You approve everything. Suggestions are cards with the original text, the proposal and a reason. Nothing is applied automatically.
• Honest numbers. Scores are described as estimates, because that is what they are. We do not claim insider access to any employer's hiring system.
• Private by default. Your documents belong to your account, stored in private buckets and reachable only through short-lived links you request.
• No invented proof. No fake customer counts, no fabricated testimonials, no employer logos we have no relationship with.

What we do not promise

We cannot promise interviews, offers or salary increases. Hiring depends on timing, market conditions, competition and decisions made by people we have no visibility into. What good preparation can do is make sure you are not rejected for reasons you could have fixed: an unreadable document, a vague bullet, an unanswered question.

How AI is used

Language models handle analysis, rewriting suggestions, question generation and feedback. They run server-side, they only see the documents relevant to your request, and content you upload is treated as data rather than as instructions — so text hidden inside a resume or job description cannot redirect the system.

Interview practice grounded in your own history

The Interview Coach does not throw random questions at you. It can draw from a bank of the most-asked classic and behavioural questions, blend them with AI-tailored questions based on the role and field you select, and generate model answers that trace back to your actual resume. You get an outline, a sample answer, the evidence we used from your history, and any placeholders where only you can fill in the detail. Everything is shown for review before it becomes your answer.

• Question mix. Choose a session of classic most-asked questions, AI-tailored questions, or a balanced blend of both.
• Resume-grounded answers. Model answers are built from the resume and role you provide, not invented achievements.
• Structured feedback. Every answer is reviewed for relevance, structure, specificity and conciseness, with STAR guidance for behavioural questions.
• Session history. Past sessions and model answers are saved so you can see your answers improve over time.
